After the ride

After the trip you have the opportunity to stay overnight in our clubhouse. You drive 40 hours with little/poor sleep.

Sanitary facilities and a kitchen are freely available in the clubhouse.

Please bring your own uniform. If you don't have one or if you can see other organizations on the jacket, please let me know.

Cancellations are always to be reported by telephone on 0152/ 2679 4295 . No news.

Due to the enormous costs and the ever-decreasing donation budget, we have to adapt our transport structure.

A transport from the Ukraine to Germany will only take place if the corresponding patient registrations are available by around 12 noon on the day of departure of the planned tour.

Normally we receive all patient registrations the day before.

This means that if, for example, 3 patient registrations are made, only the vehicles required for this and the appropriate crew will travel to the Ukraine.

You are therefore on call until around 12 noon on the day of departure and will receive a call when your vehicle is used for the planned tour.

Thank you for your support!

Warm greetings

Andy Nindelt
